Shipping policy
- SOH Collections does not have a physical retail store. We are an online retailer and deliver nationwide.
- Ordered placed before 10am will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders received during the weekend will be shipped during the following week.
- Delivery fee is a flat rate of R100. (Excluding White Label Products)
- Complimentary delivery for orders over R1000. (Excluding White Label Products)
- Delivery fee for White Label products are calculated at checkout and have a max fee of R1400.
- Free collection is available for shoppers in KZN.
- For South African orders our courier will deliver your order within 2 – 4 working days from when the order is dispatched, depending on where you live. (Excluding White Label Products)
- Please provide your physical address for delivery. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order to be tracked online.
- Please note that couriers do not deliver over the weekend.
